(ECNS) -- A China-Russia co-produced film --"Red Silk" -- will hit Chinese theaters on Saturday.

The movie tells the story of Chinese and Russian comrades fighting side by side on a front. As a cultural exchange project, it contributes to 2024 and 2025 China-Russia Years of Culture.
The year 2025 has seen fruitful achievements in China-Russia film exchanges. In May, the "2025 Chinese Film Festival" was held in Moscow, while the "2025 Russian Film Festival" is currently underway in China.
Industry representatives from both sides said they will further enhance creative exchanges and deepen industry cooperation, injecting new vitality into cultural ties and the comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era.
